Dr Dhirmender Singh Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Mass Communications , Central University died in Jaipur late Saturday night of Covid.
The professor had gone to Agra, his home town in mid- April when the University announced work from Home guidelines in view of spike in Corona cases.
In Agra, he suffered from fever and as his situation deteriorated, he was hospitalised. Since he could not get Oxygen fitted bed in Agra, he was shifted to Jaipur where after nearly a fortnight long battle with the virus , he breathed his last on Saturday night.
