The Transport Commissioner Pardeep Kumar has issued orders to extend life of vehicles beyond 15 years “in view of representations received from different quarters and various Associations of Transporters.”
The order reads that the extension of both Commercial and Private vehicles shall be governed by government instructions issued from time to time.
