Following observation by Jammu and Kashmir Lt. Governor Manoj Sinha to have punctuality and discipline in offices the government has ordered that all offices will have attendance through face recognition system. with effect from 19th Oct. 2020.Accordingly all the offices have been instructed to have such machines installed by that time
