Border Security Force reported first ceasefire violation in Ramgarh sector of the international border in Jammu division early Monday morning when Pakistani Rangers fired at a BSF patrolling party
A BSF spokesperson said “
Today morning Pakistan Rangers resorted to unprovoked firing at 0615 hrs in Ramgarh sector on BSF patrolling party ahead of fencing. No loss injury to own troops.”
It may be recalled that India and Pakistan had agreed in a joint statement to uphold the ceasefire of 2093 .
