An influential personality of south Kashmir and former Secretary of State legislative Assembly Mohammad Ramzan is to join PDP on Thursday, according to party sources.
Ramzan who is known for his affable nature and wields quite an influence in Anantnag district of South Kashmir will be joining the PDP today in presence of PDP president Mehbooba Mufti.
Sources said PDP has started clawing back its political space in South Kashmir after nightmare that fell on it following the killing of militant commander Burhan Wani in July 2016z
