A free medical camp facilitated with specialized doctors was organized by 19 Bn BSF at border village Gujjar Chak (Chandwan) which was inaugurated by Commandant 19 Bn BSF.
A team of specialist Doctors , Dr Seema DSO ,Govt Hospital Hiranagar and BSF Medical Officers, carried out medical check up of villagers from bordering area and medicines were also distributed to them. A large number of border villagers turned up to take the benefit of the medical Camp through this Civic Action programme.
During the camp a total of 297 local border villagers having different ailments were treated and provided with medicines by the BSF and Civil Doctors which was appreciated by local population.
