Jammu, March 30:
The government of India issued fresh guidelines for the UT of J&K against the backdrop of renewed surge in the COVID-19 cases .
Chief Secretary BVR Subrahmanyam issued the guidelines and instructed the educational institutions to strictly adhere to standard operating procedures and advised them to go in for staggered attendance and social distancing.
These guidelines will come into effect from April 1.
