While reiterating that Corona curfew in all rural and urban areas of 20 districts of J&K will be in force till May 24 morning , the Government on Sunday issued a list of additional measures for the curfew period wherein no exemption will be given except in essential and emergency services.
An order issued by Chief Secretary B V R Subrahmanyam, who also is chairman of the state executive committee of disaster management, relief rehabilitation and reconstruction , said that offices will work 50 per cent of their capacity below the level of under secretary. This will not apply to the secretariat where the staff has already been split. The government will function from Srinagar and Jammu and secretary level officers will be shifting between the two places every fortnight. A roster has already been notified.
