Government on Sunday transferred four JKAS officers, including Director General Horticulture, Kashmir.
DG Horticulture Kashmir Aijaz Ahmad Bhat has been transferred and posted as Secretary Labour and employment department.
Ghulam Rasool Mir , special secretary Health and Medical education has been transferred and posted as Director, Horticulture , Kashmir.
