The Government is releasing funds under various Heads in connection with annual conduct of Shri Amarnathji Yatra, according to an order issued by the General Administration Department on Friday.
The order said that ” these funds need to be utilized judiciously in the public interest as per the laid down rules/ lnorms and with proper maintenance of accounts/record. Accordingly, it is impressed upon all the concerned officer(s) deployed with conducting Shri Amarnathji Yatra to ensure proper utilization of funds released for various purposes and to maintain proper accounts/record pertaining to expenditure of these funds.”
The order warned : ” Any negligence in this regard shall invite strict disciplinary action under rules and the officer(s) shall be personally responsible for any act of omission or commission.”
