KULGAM, AUGUST 16: The anniversary of Gurdwara Singh Sabha Bala Palpora Mirbazar was celebrated today in Kulgam district with religious fervour, devotion and enthusiasm.
The programme was attended by Deputy Commissioner Kulgam Shahzad Alam and Mahant Manjeet Singh of Jammu and Kashmir, besides members of the Sikh community and local residents.
