Senior Superintendent of Police , Baramulla Rayees Mohammad Bhat’s picture with folded hands politely telling a lady to stay indoors for her safety in the Corona times has gone viral and won many hearts.
Bhat, wearing police uniform , is expressing his pleading through his folded hands as if telling the lady that her staying indoors is very important for her , and if she indeed feels the need of stepping out for something , he is at her service ,like the Jammu and Kashmir police is working round the clock for the people to save them from the corona virus.
The picture of SSP has won hearts of the people and netizens have commented profusely on his humane gesture. The common thread is “ Hats off to the officer.”
The Jammu and Kashmir police is playing a frontline role in fighting Covid-19 under the leadership of Director General of Police Dilbag Singh . The DGP had exhorted all the men and officers that they have a special responsibility toward the people in these difficult and delicate times.
