The government of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir has ordered Implementation of online processing of Annual performance Reports (APRs) of Officers on the pattern of IAS-(SPARROW).
According to the order issued by General Administrative Department (GAD) , ” The Portal for online filling of Annual Performance Reports (APRs) in respect of the members of Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service, including Junior Scale Members, on Smart Performance Appraisal Report Recording Online Window (SPARROW) has been developed and customized as per the requirements and hoisting of the application/Go-Live is expected shortly.”
