Jammu police achieved a major success on Sunday evening when it intercepted and apprehended top commander of Islamic State of Jammu Kashmir or ISJK from Jhajjar Kotli.
The militant commander has been identified as Malik Umaid of Islamic State of Jammu Kashmir, a ultra radical group that recruits terrorists by indoctrinating through wrongful interpretation of religious teachings and practices.
