Jammu-Srinagar National Highway 44 blocked since morning due to shooting stones and landslides at Ramban district.
The IG Traffic J&K, Basant Rath updated in the morning, “It is raining heavily in the Ramban-Banihal stretch and there are shooting stones at Marog, Digdol, Panthyal and Anokhi Fall areas. NH 44 closed.”
However, the traffic police chief updated at just before 7 am and now the highway authorities said that road will be open soon, but traffic jam has been witness at many streches on the NH 44.
