Chairman of District Development Council, Jammu, is holding a “Janta Darbar”at Bhalwal on Monday even as the Corona 2.0 has unleashed wreck all over an strict adherence to Covid Appropriate Behaviour (CAB) is ordered .

According to a “Meeting Notice” issued by the office of Additional District Development Commissioner dated 24th April, 2021 No. ADDCJ/2020-21/50-68, “Hon’ble Chairman District Development Council, Jammu has desired to hold Janta Darbar at the playground behind Govt. Mddle School, Bhalwal, near Guru Ravi Das Mandir on 26.04.2021 at 11 AM.”

This Janta Darbar is being held when Jammu city is wreathing under a health crisis due to Corona 2.0 that has brought many areas under micro-containment zones wherein strict lockdown is to be implemented.

This Janta Darbar is being held when the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir is under Corona Curfew from 8pm of 24th April to 6 AM of 26th April.

This Janta Darbar is being held when social distancing is mendatory a part of CAB, and governance has switched to e-mode to physical closeness.
