Assures expeditious completion of pending Infrastructure Works

BANDIPORA, JUNE 16: Justice Wasim Sadiq Nargal, Judge, High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh and Administrative Judge for District Bandipora, was on official visit to District Bandipora on Tuesday to inspect the newly shifted District Court Complex at Kaloosa.
Upon his arrival, He was warmly received by Jeema Bashir, Principal District & Sessions Judge, Bandipora, along with Ahsan Parvaiz, Additional District Judge, Bandipora; Iqbal Ahmad Aakhoon, Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bandipora; Senior Superintendent Police Bandipora Aijaz Ahmad Zargar Advocate Sofi Feroz, and members of the District Bar Association Bandipora.
During the visit, Justice Wasim Sadiq Nargal conducted a comprehensive inspection of all courtrooms and various sections of the newly established court complex. He reviewed the available infrastructure and assessed the facilities provided for judicial officers, advocates, litigants, and court staff. He interacted with judicial officers and members of the Bar and took stock of the functioning of the court complex.
Thereafter, He proceeded to Gurez Valley to inspect the Munsiff Court Gurez. On his arrival, he was received by Amandeep Singh, In-charge JMIC Gurez, along with SDPO Manzoor Ahmad Malik advocates and members of the Bar Association Gurez.
At Gurez, Justice Wasim Sadiq Nargal inspected the court premises and reviewed the infrastructural and functional requirements of the court. He emphasized the importance of strengthening judicial infrastructure in far-flung and remote areas to ensure effective and accessible justice delivery to the people.
During his interactions at both Bandipora and Gurez, He assured the judicial officers and members of the Bar that the remaining works and infrastructural requirements in the newly shifted District Court Complex at Kaloosa would be taken up on priority and completed expeditiously to facilitate smooth and efficient functioning of the courts.
The visit reflects the commitment of the High Court towards enhancing judicial infrastructure and ensuring better access to justice for the people of District Bandipora and its remote areas.
