SRINAGAR, MAY 28:
The State Government is proposing to construct Ladakh House/Sarai at Dwarka, New Delhi. For the purpose the government has approached Delhi Development Authority (DDA) for allotment of land in Sedctor-18, Dwarka, New Delhi. The DDA has earmarked land measuring 1266 square meters in the said location and the Jammu and Kashmir Government has been asked to make the payment within a month.
In a communiqué to Chief Secretary BVR Subrahmanyam through Resident Commissioner J&K New Delhi, it has been conveyed by DDA that waving off the new premium as requested by J&K Government vide letter dated 09-01-2019 has been agreed to by the competent authority. It further reads that the other terms and conditions of the allotment letter dated 11-07-2006 shall remain unchanged.
