Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has consoled death of senior KAS officer and special secretary finance Dr Shamim Ahmad Wani and described him as a dedicated officer.
Dr Wani died at Government Medical College hospital Jammu on Saturday . He was under treatment for Covid -19.
Manoj Sinha said “ I express my heartfelt condolences on the demise of senior JKAS officer, Dr. Shamim Ahmad Wani, serving as Special Secretary in Finance Department. He was a dedicated officer who served the UT with distinction in various capacities.”
He said” May God give strength to the bereaved family members to bear this irreparable loss.”
