Srinagar, July 09 Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Sunday visited Zero Bridge, Srinagar, where he monitored flood- like situation caused by rise in River Jhelum waters due to heavy rains.
“Visited Zero Bridge & interacted with officials of Irrigation & Flood Control Dept earlier today to review overall preparedness for flood management. Directed officers for continuous monitoring of water levels & dissemination of early warning to all agencies in real time, “ LG stated .
