Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha has expressed grief over the sad demise of young JKAS Officer, Sajad Bashir Somberia.
In his condolence message, the Lt Governor expressed sympathy with the bereaved family and prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul.
