Jammu, June 25:

As a healthcare entrepreneur this is my observation that long-term health problems are widespread in elderly human populations, which are compounded by typical dietary habits and increased usage of chemicals or chemical-based products. On a worldwide scale, cancer, the deadliest disease, is the cause of increased mortality and morbidity. Cancers of the skin (Kangri cancer), lungs, breast, rectum, stomach, prostate, liver, cervix, oesophagus, bladder, and blood have all been seen and  documented in Kashmir valley. Internal (genetic, mutations, hormonal, and inadequate immunological conditions) as well as exterior (environmental) variables may be to blame for such high cancer incidence rates (food habits, industrialization, over growth of population, social etc.). The frequency and mortality of various malignancies in different geographical regions is crucial for developing medicines for a wide spectrum of tumours. The occurrenceThe prevalence and mortality of many cancers vary greatly across the globe’s geographically diverse countries, with some cancers representing the most common form in geographically diverse regions. This study examines the current state of diseases in Kashmir Valley, a cancer belt in India with a unique cancer profile, in terms of distribution, incidence, and causes.

I believe for the welfare of people and  for the sake of the social cause in Kashmir, we must join hands and follow some fundamental etiquette by joining hands together. Esophageal cancer is the eighth most frequent cancer worldwide and the sixth leading cause of death from cancer.Actions made to reduce the risk of cancer are referred to as cancer prevention. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle, avoiding known cancer-causing substances, and using cancer-prevention drugs or vaccines are all examples of this.Chemicals and other substances, as well as certain behaviours, are all cancer risk factors. They also include factors that are beyond a person’s control, such as lifestyles, and family history. A family history of some cancers could indicate the presence of an inherited cancer syndrome. The majority of cancer risk (and preventive) variables are discovered through epidemiological research. Scientists compare those who acquire cancer to those who do not in these research.

Esophageal cancer is a type of cancer that affects the food pipe that connects the mouth and the stomach . esophageal cancer is the most common cancer in both men and women in Kashmir , and it shows a radically different picture of the disease. Numerous components in the native food supply, such as nitroso compounds, amines, and nitrates, induce various GIT cancers in this ethnic Kashmir people .Such as Kashmir, esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) is highly common.

Kashmir is a developing state in India that plays an important role in the country’s development; therefore, it requires special attention on this issue. We must raise public awareness for early detection about cancer’s devastation and prevention.Me and my team MedScapeIndia -Aryan Foundation had been working since 2006 for many medical issues for overall India during  Covid19 era we initiated “We Doctors” campaign for all the frontliners who were working hard in Pandemic and FitIndia  movement  completing  8 year of socio-scientific  contributions  in our country recently we launched Fit Maharashtracamping with Maharashtra government the same we have to be in kashmir  Different programmes have to  be  started with the government and non governmental organisations to raise public awareness different types of screening and medical campaigns for self examinations. Diet and lifestyle are important factors in cancer prevention, and Indians should be aware of this information. To summarise, cancer is causing havoc in Kashmir’s growing economy, which can be mitigated by proper disease management. Given these facts, it is critical to eliminate this calamity. We are extremely happy  to see various  central  government programs being announced and implementation  are in the pipeline. hope for the best for Kashmir, which is playing an important role in the region specialist from various states coming forward to contribute in development of heaven of valley by various ways from our organisation which is overwhelming
