Former Union Minister Manoj Sinha was sworn in as new Lieutenant Governor’s of Jammu and Kashmir
He was administered oath of office and secrecy by Chief Justice of J&K High Court Justice Gita Mittal at a simple ceremony at Raj Bhavan in Srinagar on Friday afternoon.
