Jammu, February 25th: The Jammu and Kashmir People’s Democratic Party (JKPDP) President and former Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti has extended warm greetings to the people on the auspicious occasion of Shab-e-Baraat. She expressed her hopes that this occasion would usher in peace and development for the state.
In a statement issued today, Mehbooba emphasized the significance of Shab-e-Baraat as an opportunity for seeking the mercy of the Almighty and offering prayers for the well-being of humanity as a whole.
Reflecting on the spiritual importance of the holy night of prayers, she called upon individuals to commit themselves to compassion and endeavor towards strengthening the bonds of brotherhood, love, and harmony among all communities.
“As we observe this sacred night, let us pledge to foster compassion and solidarity, thereby contributing to the advancement of peace and prosperity in the world,” Mehbooba remarked.
