Mebooba Mufti’s press conference, which was scheduled for Friday has been postponed by the People’s Democratic Party.
According to the communication by the PDP Spokesperson Suhail Bukhari, “In view of the Meeting of Gupkar Decleration Signatories scheduled later today, JKPDP Chief Mehbooba Mufti’s presser scheduled for October 16 stands postponed. New date and time would be shared separately.”
It is pertinent to mention here that Mehbooba was released on Tuesday after 14 months of detention and a press conference was scheduled for Friday.
It was being believed that she could announce the further political strategy of the party in the Press conference.
According to the Party’s statement, She is going to attend the meeting of the Gupkar declaration Signatories today.
