Deeply saddened by the tragic loss of lives and property in the devastation caused by incessant rains and flash floods in Rajouri, Poonch and Kishtwar.
My thoughts and prayers are with the bereaved families and all those affected by the calamity.
Urge the administration and rescue agencies to make every possible effort to reach those in distress and ensure the safety of the affected people and provide them with relief and shelter.
May Allah protect everyone and grant patience and strength to the families who have lost their loved ones.”
