Mortal remains of braveheart Lt (Hony) Madan Lal Choudhary who faced terrorists with bare hands and saved many lives, reached his native village Bakrah in Hiranagar for last rites.
Thousands of local residents from Hiranagar and adjoining areas reached the native village of the martyr Madan Lal and welcomed his mortal remains with wet eyes and slogans in favour of the martyr and India.
Earlier, wreath laying ceremony was performed at Jammu, where GOC Rising Stars, VYK Mohan, DC Jammu, Kumar Rajiv Ranjan and SSP Jammu, Vivek Gupta participated.
Meanwhile, the bodies of other martyrs of Sunjuwan terror attack will be air lift to their native places at different parts of Kashmir.
Total six persons including a civilian (Father of a soldier) killed in this attack.
