Jammu, March 13 Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti has decided to shift Fianance Secretary NAVEEN Choudhary to some other department.
Sources said NAVEEN was brought to Finance by Haseeb Drabu who was removed from ministry by Chief Minister on Monday .
Naveen is seen as Drabu’s man.
