Srinagar, November 28:
The three District Development Council constituencies of frontier Kupwara district registered about 15% polling till 10am.
Three DDC constituencies— Kalaroos, Tangdar and Kralpora are going to polls today in first phase.
Each constituency has an average of 30000 votes.
The voting that started at 7 am will go up to 2pm.
Sources told JKNT that at least 45 percent polling is expected at the pace it is happening.
