The Jammu and Kashmir Government has repealed J&K Employment Provident Fund Act, 1961 and ordered application of the Employees Provident Funds and MiscellaneousProvisions Act, 1952- Constitution of Committee there of.
In this direction the order reads , “Sanction is hereby accorded to constitution of Committee comprising the following to oversee the fulfillment of conditions imposed by the Central Provident Fund Organization to ensure a smooth and time bound transfer from J&K EPF to CPFO under the relevant Acts:-”
