The National Investigation Agency’s charge sheet in the February 14, 2019 , Pulwama terror attack on Tuesday has clearly established the role of Pakistan establishment and its so-called non-state actors in the attack that had left 40 CRPF men dead .
The charge sheet has nailed all the lies that Pakistan had produced like a lying factory saying that it had nothing to do with the attack , it had maintained throughout that “ Kashmiri youth Adil Dar had committed the assault.” This was a plain lie .
Even before the NIA started investigating the case and worked hard to put the pieces together, Pakistan’s role became too obvious when it did not condemn the terror attack. This is a typical style of Pakistan to make attempts to wriggle out of the terror campaign that it has launched in Jammu and Kashmir and other parts of India . It had played hide and seek with the world after 26/11 terror attack.
India , however, after the February 14, 2019, attack said enough is enough. The Indian Air Force had launched aerial strike at the terror training centres in Pakistan’s hinterland, Balakot , killing and wounding hundreds of terrorists
In the charge sheet prepared by the NIA investigators led by Deputy Inspector General Sonia Narang and superintendent of police Rakesh Balwal, presented in the NIA court in Jammu , has named Jaish-e-Mohammad terror outfit’s founder and chief Maulna Masood Azhar , his brother Abdul Rauf Asghar and several other activists of the group in carrying out the attack.
The NIA has already taken seven persons in custody from various parts of Kashmir, with substantial evidence proving their role in arranging the logistics and facilities for the attack . The arrests and the evidence against them proves beyond even an iota of doubt that Pakistan’s hand was there from the plotting to the execution stage of the attack
