Northern Command Children Summer Adventure Camp 2022 culminated today at Dalhousie. The Camp was organized from 6-11 Jun 2022 for age groupof 11-14 yrs children.
The culmination of the camp today witnessed an impressive closing ceremony which included enthusiastic cultural performances by the campers and felicitations to the children for the stellar performers in various events. During interaction with the children, chief guest put forth that such events bring to fore the love for outdoor life and adventure activities, instrumental towards the overall development of children into being worthy citizens of the country.
The last day of the summer adventure camp was dedicated to instill the spirit of fearlessness, camaraderie and team spirit with all four houses participating in various competitions in which the children with their high adrenaline levels solved the tricky clues, navigated with precision and climbed up the treacherous fiber rock wall with agility, toughness & high spirits. Also, a musical camp fire was organized followed by dinner under the stars to make the last night more memorable one. With fond memories and strengthened bonds of friendship, the children bid farewell to their fellow campers and returned to their homes metamorphosed into confident and responsible citizens of the country.
