Srinagar, April 20: The Meteorological Centre Srinagar has issued an urgent nowcast update at 1930 hrs, warning of moderate rainfall with intense showers, severe thunder, lightning, and gusty winds across many parts of Jammu & Kashmir for the next 3-5 hours. Residents are advised to avoid streams, nallas, loose structures, and landslide-prone areas. The public is urged to stay indoors in safe shelters and refrain from traveling during this period.
