Srinagar, March 10: The National School of Drama (NSD) is organising a 12-day workshop for theatre artistes in Srinagar to hone their acting and direction skills.
The initiative of the NSD’s Theatre in Education Centre in Srinagar in collaboration with the J&K Academy of Art, Culture and Languages is aimed at giving exposure to theatre artistes in the Kashmir Valley to industry standards on acting and direction skills.
The officials of the said workshop would help the artistes to get breakthrough roles on different stages and platforms.
During the workshop, senior faculty of National School of Drama viz, Prof. Santanu Bose, Dipankar Paul, Yeshraj Jhadav, and Sandeep Bhattacharya will be imparting skills of theatre methodology, acting and direction etc to the participating artists and students.
