Jammu, May 6: In the ongoing encounter in Rajouri forests, one terrorists has been killed whereas another is said to be injured.
The Indian Army and police is trying to ascertain the identity of the terrorist.
Giving details, PRO Defence Jammu Lt. Col. Devender Anand said that in the ongoing joint operation in Kandi Forest, Rajouri sector by Indian Army in coordination with JKP & CRPF, at around 7 am the cordon while closing in spotted and pinned down the terrorists.
“In the ensuing gunbattle one terrorist has been neutralised and one terrorist is likely to be injured,” he said.
Security foeces have recovered onr AK-56 Rifle, four Magazines of AK-56, 56 Rounds of AK, one 9mm Pistol with Magazine, three Grenades and one Ammunition Pouch.
