Srinagar, Dec 05: In the 82nd annual session of Indian Roads Congress (IRC) , which is being held in Gandhinagar Gujarat , elections to the general council of IRC were held for constitution of the new council which was keenly contested by 20 candidates from all-over India in which 10 engineers were to be elected and Er Irfan Shafi Parray ,who is working in PMGSY PIU Baramulla as an Assistant Executive Engineer ,got Re-elected as a council member by coming on 6 th rank ,..which is a proud moment for the UT of J&K.
Irfan is a member of Indian Roads Congress since 2011.
