Two among the supposed dissident lot of PDP MLAs, Abdul Majeed Padder and Abdul Haq Khan met PDP president and former Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti and sorted out the issues between them.
The sources said that the duo shared their concerns with Mehbooba Mufti and told her that they might be having differences with her over some of the issues, but that should not be construed as any disloyalty to the party or to her leadership.
According to these sources Khan and Padder complained that she had secluded herself from the mainstream of the party and that had made things difficult for them in their constituencies . They also expressed their resentment over the stranglehold of her family on her and the party , which, they said, became the reason for the collapse of the government.
They expressed full faith in her leadership and promised to be the “ true followers” of the party through thick and thin.
