Srinagar, Oct 17: DGP Nalin Prabhat has ordered adjustment of six IPS officers of AGMUT cadre and transfer/posting of 12 DSPs.
As per Order No. 2897 of 2026, consequent upon their joining in J&K Segment upon completion of Basic Course Training (Phase-II) in terms of MHA GoI Order No. 14016/12/2025-UTS.I dated 04 Aug 2026, six IPS officers have been adjusted as under:
Ms Kumari Someya, AGMUT-2023 as ASP HQ Jammu.
Daniel Raj C, AGMUT-2023 as ASP HQ Budgam.
Ms Aditi Verma, AGMUT-2023 as SDPO West Srinagar.
Chaitanya Giri, AGMUT-2024 as SDPO R.S. Pura.
Anant Dhanraj Singh, AGMUT-2024 as SDPO Bari Brahamana.
Ayush Mani Chaudhary, AGMUT-2024 as SDPO Nowshera.
Further, in the interest of administration, transfer/posting of 12 DSPs has been ordered with immediate effect:
Abdul Ghafoor (KPS125821) from SDPO Saddar to DSP Railways Anantnag.
Sajad Ahmad Malik (KPS125719) from DSP HQ Budgam to SDPO Saddar.
Pardeep Singh Sen (KPS125750) from SDPO Bari Brahamana to DSP SIA Jammu.
Majad Mehboob (KPS135825) from SDPO West Srinagar to TMG CID HQ.
Sajad Ahmad (EXJ955572) from DSP Traffic Ramban to DSP STWS Jammu.
Sahil Mahajan (KPS155780) from SDPO Nowshera to SDPO Nagrota.
Ms Farha Nishat (KPS185688) from DSP HQ Jammu to DSP EOW Jammu.
Sajad Ahmad Mir (EXJ922288) from DSP STWS Jammu to DSP 19 JKAP IR.
Sartaj Ahmad (ARP981701) from DSP Railways Anantnag to DSP 21 JKAP IR.
Sanjeev Singh Slathia (EXJ956212) from DSP SIA Jammu to DSP EOW Jammu against OAR post.

They shall be relieved forthwith, reads the order issued by DGP Nalin Prabhat.
