Prime Minister Narendra Modi has congratulated young ace chess player Arushi Kotwal for being honoured with Rashtriya Bal Purskar.
Arushi is from Bhaderwah area of Jammu region in Jammu and Kashmir.
While congratulating the chess championship , Prime Minister tweeted “
Arushi Kotwal is a young chess master with many national and international accolades. She has represented India several times in various championships and aspires to become a Grand Master. Many congratulations to her for the Rashtriya Bal Puraskar.”
