Jammu, August 21: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is leaving for Ukraine that has been hit by conflict for two and a half years, to discuss the possibility of healing wounds of the conflict.
In a post on X, Prime Minister hoped that peace and stability would visit the region.
He said:” I will be visiting Ukraine at the invitation of President @ZelenskyyUa. This visit will be an opportunity to build on the earlier discussions with him and deepening the India-Ukraine friendship. We will also share perspectives on the peaceful resolution of the ongoing Ukraine conflict. As a friend and partner, we hope for an early return of peace and stability in the region.”
