Chief Engineer (Distribution) JPDCL, Jammu has informed that to check the hotspots, tightening/replacing of loose/worn out jumpers, droppers isolators CT’s Clamps and replacement of various equipments, the power supply to Gandhi Nagar, Nanak Nagar, Trikuta Nagar, Residency Road, Dhounthaly Barzar, Karan Nagar, Kachi Chowni, Channi Himmat, Transport Nagar, Sainik Colony and Bathindi. Besides this, the areas being fed from Grid Stations-Gangyal, Sidhra I/II, Janipur, Jhajjarkotli, BB-I, BB-II, Akhnoor, Kalakote will remain affected on November 01 from 7 am to 1 pm.
Similarly, for erecting buckled D/C Tower of Gladni Nagrota Transmission Line, the power supply to Bahufort, Bawa and adjoining areas will remain affected on November 01 from 7 am to 11 am.
Likewise, for erection of 11KV dedicated feeder for Divisional Commissioner Office Jammu, the power supply to entire area of Gandhi Nagar, Trikuta Nagar and Nanak Nagar will remain affected on November 01 from 7 am to 2 pm.
Similarly, for thickening of 33KV line from Kanachak Tap Point to R/Stn.Pargwal, the power supply to Pargwal, Channi Tanna, Rajpura, Bhalwal Bharat, Dhalwal Miulu, Hamipurkona, BSF, Batera, Dabbin, Chorpur, Manyal, Dharmkhu, Tirth Talab, GREF, Gumpal, Sua No. 1, Garkhal and adjoining areas will remain affected on November 01 and 04 from 7 am to 2 pm.
Likewise, to execute development works, the power supply to Gandhi Nagar, Gole Market, Women College Govt. Qtrs and adjoining areas will remain affected on November 01 from 7 am to 1 pm.
Similarly, the power supply to Badyal Brahmana and its adjoining areas will remain affected on November 02 from 7 am to 2 pm.
Likewise, the power supply to Sainik Colony, Greater Kailash and their adjoining areas will remain affected on November 03 from 9 am to 2 pm.
Similarly, the power supply to Miran Sahib, Sunderpur and its adjoining areas will remain affected on November 03 and 08 from 8 am to 2 pm.
Likewise, the power supply to Kullian, Badyal, Simbal, Rangpur Maulan and adjoining areas will remain affected on November 04 and 08 from 8 am to 2 pm.
Similarly, the power supply to Mandal and its adjoining areas will remain affected on November 02 and 07 from 8 am to 2 pm.
Likewise, the power supply to Kaleeth, Khour town, Gigral Kharah, Dhanger, ChackMalal AizalMallal and adjoining areas will remain affected on November 02, 04 and 08 from 8 am to 3 pm.
Similarly, the power supply to Lalle-Da-Bagh, Lower Muthi, Lakshmi Vihar, Balwant Vihar, Udheywala, Anand Nagar, Machillian, Naghbani and its adjoining areas will remain affected on November 02 from 9 am to 2 pm.
Likewise, the power supply to Akhnoor Town, Sohal, Ambaran, Thathi, Garkhal and adjoining areas will remain affected on November 05 from 9 am to 4 pm.
Similarly, for dismantling of 11KV old panel and installing new panel, the power supply to Bari Brahmana Town, Bari Brahmana Ind. Area, Kaluchak, ESIC Hospital MES will remain affected on November 01 from 8 am to 5 pm. (NOTE: 02 no. oxygen gas plant namely Kashmir Gas Plant and Allied Gas Plant will be affected due to this shutdown).
Meanwhile, for erection of gantries for additional power transformer, the power supply to Jahjjar Kotli, Dansal, Jindhrah, Battal Manwal, Surinsar, Kishenpur, Mansar and adjoining areas will remain affected on November 03 from 11 am to 4 pm.
Similarly, for erection of poles, the power supply to areas fed from Receiving Station Gho Manhasa, Marh, Gajansoo and adjoining areas will remain affected on November 02 from 8 am to 2 pm.
Likewise, to replace/rectify hotspots such as replacement of jumpers and droppers of isolator, the power supply to Udhampur, Ramnagar, Chennani, Army, Doda and Kishtwar will remain affected on November 01 from 7 am to 11 am. However, the power supply to Chennani-Nashri Tunnel shall be maintained from Ramban end.
Similarly, for replacement of equipments at 132/33KV Grid Station Akhnoor, the power supply to the areas fed from 132/33 KV Grid Station Akhnoor and Kalakote will remain affected on November 01 from 7 am to 1 pm.
