Dr NC Dingra , Principal GMC Jammu has sought voluntary retirement alleging “anarchy” by a group of doctors junior to him and “bypassing” his authority.
In the enclosed letter to Financial Commissioner Health Atal Dulloo Dr Dingra said that these doctors were trying to influence “the higher office”
He wrote that since his service was not liked by anybody, “I offer to get voluntary retirement.”
