Jammu , Jan 25 : The Ramban Banihal leg of Rahul Gandhi’s BJY has been cancelled due to bad weather, shooting stones and Highway blockade.
The Congress sources told that he is flying to Delhi from Jammu and will resume the Yatra on 27th from Kashmir valley.
