Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif’s Jagga Jasoos is all set to have a summer release in April 2017. A still from the film has been released and after seeing the same, we wonder what’s going on with them. From the trailer itself, we inferred that the duo are in a big mess and on the run. In this latest still though, the pair seem flustered which leads us to believe that they are being followed by the bad guys and their only way out is on a bicycle. As a teenage detective, Kapoor maintains a grim expression whereas, Kaif looks confused and worried at the same time. While we think they look absolutely adorable in the picture, the tone of the pic surely serves a different purpose.
We’ve learnt that Ranbir plays a teenage detective in the film who is in search of his missing father. Of course, his love interest is Katrina. In the trailer we’ve seen them running from scene to scene. Yes, there are some very intriguing background score supporting the trailer but their adventures seem to be at its peak throughout. From being shot with a bullet on a bridge to straddling on ostriches, there are some really outrageous situations Kat and Ranbir find themselves in. This still too, seems like one such plight they’ve found their heads in.
Ever since the ex couple signed the film two years ago, fans have been super excited to see them together. Of course, their breakup did bring problems for the filmmaker, Anurag Basu, who had been trying to wrap the film for quite a while. With the amount of trouble this film underwent, curiosity has further soared in the minds of fans. While we do think it suffers a bit of a Barfi hangover thanks to the trailer, we wonder what the filmmaker has in store for us. It is the first film since breakup that we’ll see Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif together. Will they reconcile and promote the film together or will there be more drama?
