The chopper in which Rural Development Department secretary Sheetal Nanda, was travelling to Kishtwar had to make an emergency landing at Jyotipuram ,Reasi due to some technical snag.
Sheetal Nanda and other officials travelling with her are safe.
Employees of various organisations have offered their best wishes to her .
OIC operators working in RDD have prayed for her safety and good health.
