The Jammu and Kashmir government has appointed Principal Secretary home Shaleen Kabra to enquire and fix responsibility for frequent power cuts in Jammu region.
Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha had promised to get the matter of power cuts in Jammu looked into and fix the responsibility.
