Manoj Sinha, the newly appointed Lt. Governor of Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir would be taking oath of office and secrecy tomorrow (Friday) at Raj Bhawan Srinagar.
According to the sources the preparations in keeping with the COVID restrictions are being made for administration of oath tomorrow.
Sinha has reached Srinagar today and will be meeting senior state government and police officials.He will be second Lt. Governor of J&K. GC Murmu, the first LG of J&K remained in office for a short span of about nine months and resigned on Wednesday evening. He has already left for New Delhi where he is expected to be given some new assignment.
