Srinagar, March 29:
A heavily armed militant attacked Municipal office in Sopore on Sunday and left two, including a councillor dead, several others wounded.
The deceased has been identified as SPO Shafqat Nazir Khan S/o Nazir Ahmad of Mundji Sopore and Councillor Reyaz Ahmad Peer son of Gh Nabi Peer of Ningli ,Sopore
A civilian injured Shamas din Peer son of Ghulam Mohd Peer of Khushal Colony Sopore has been reffered to Srinagar for specialised treatment.
Meanwhile Whole area being cordoned off to nab the attacker.
