Urges youth to take up startups and self-employment to create sustainable livelihood opportunities

Srinagar, August 12: Apni Party President Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari on Wednesday inaugurated Java House Bistro & Café, a modern café serving coffee and a variety of food items, at Gole Market in Karan Nagar, Srinagar.
On this occasion, Apni Party President congratulated the owners on starting the new venture and said such initiatives can play an important role in creating employment and livelihood opportunities, particularly for young people.
He said that Jammu and Kashmir is witnessing a growing unemployment challenge while job opportunities remain limited. In such a situation young people should be encouraged to explore entrepreneurship and start their own businesses, which can provide sustainable livelihoods for themselves as well as create employment opportunities for others.
Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari, however, stressed that young entrepreneurs need proper support from the government and financial and other institutions. He urged the authorities to provide aspiring entrepreneurs with the necessary facilities, guidance and support to help them establish and successfully run their businesses.
While congratulating the owners of Java House Bistro & Café, Mr Bukhari wished them success in their new venture.
On this occasion, Apni Party President was accompanied by the party’s Provincial Secretary Kashmir Mohammad Saleem Lone, Provincial Coordinator Kashmir Shabir Ahmad Reshi, Provincial Youth President Kashmir Jibran Dar, Youth District Vice President Srinagar Mudasir Ahmed Bhat, Sameer Iqbal, and others.
