Jammu, January 2: MUSCLE ZONE in continuation to its programme of bringing health and fitness infrastructure at the door steps of the aspirants, especially young generation, today dedicated its new branch to Jammuites at Subash Nagar opposite J&K Bank, near Petrol Pump, Jammu. The new branch was inaugurated by Zorawar Singhv Jamwal, Chairman, Team Jammu which is fighting vigorously to spread awareness among youth against Drug abuse and other social evils.
MUSCLE ZONE has been in the Health and Fitness market for the last 12 years successfully and has achieved a banquet of milestones besides shouldering responsibility for spreading awareness about fitness and good health . Guided by the legacy of Rattan Singh Manhas and under the leadership of Raman Manhas (Mr. J&K Title winner) & Mohinder Manhas MUSCLE ZONE has made continuous efforts to spread awareness about health and fitness programmes in the increasingly stressful environment present today around all of us and succeeded in its endeavour of making available quality yet affordable fitness infrastructure in Jammu.
While congratulating the educated self-employed youth Raman Manhas- Mr J&K in Body Building Championship-for opening a gymnasium, Chairman Team Jammu, Zorawar Singh Jamwal said that “it is the most appreciable part that our well educated unemployed youth are making themselves self-employed, that too by such means where the youth including students, college/university pass-outs get a chance to remain physically fit and healthy. By participating in such co-curricular activities, they also remain away from drug abuse or other social evils”.
Urging the youth to stay away from Drug abuse and play an important role in Nation Building and remain engaged in all sort of sports activities, Zorawar Singh Jamwal also appealed to the State Government to raise more infra-structure like open and indoor Stadiums and promote sports activities in each and every district of the State so that our young generation remains healthy and physically fit.
“All political parties are duty-bound to evolve a mechanism to deal with Drug menace because State is virtually slipping into the tight grip of drug mafia; parents are helplessly watching their teenage children dying slow deaths due to failure of the authorities to crack down on Drug mafia” he added.
MUSCLE ZONE Fitness club has state of the art technology and world class imported infrastructure to monitor the improvement in fitness of enrolled members and schedules their work-out routines as per their fitness requirements on day to day basis. Here emphasis is laid on weekly self appraisal by the trainees as per the goals set by them in consultation with experienced coaches.
